DAY 1 - MT EOSTRE RIDGE - DoC PERMITS - 'JOURNEY' LOCATION - MOUNTAIN TOP VIA HELI
shoot 'beer scientists' journey to best location. Core crew only - 2 hr morning shoot on mountain top with mountain safety
(ratio 4 crew/talent per mountain safety officer - 10 persons moved via heli only)
PLEASE NOTE TOP PICS ARE SHOT IN SUMMER / BOTTOM SHOT OCT NOV - MORE SNOW TO LOWER LEVELS AT THIS TIME OF YEAR, SO LIKELY SNOW AMONGST TUSSOCK GRASS
DAY 1 - ROB ROY SWING BRIDGE / BUSH / RIVER FLAT - DoC PERMITS - 'JOURNEY' LOCATION
shoot 'beer scientists' journey to best location - core crew dropped to swing bridge base via heli from mountain top location.
over 2 hour drive time for Qstwn crew/talent - just over 1 hour from Wanaka
(balance of crew drive in to end of Matukituki Valley road to base near swing bridge - shoot from mid morning till end of day)
DAY 2 - MATUKITUKI VALLEY - PRIVATE LAND OPTION REFERENCE - FINAL BEER TAP INSTALLATION
shoot 'beer scientists' arrival - shoot some installation - shoot trying out pump - shoot two hikers coming across and trying out pump
over 2 hour drive time for Qstwn crew/talent - just over 1 hour from Wanaka
(dig in beer pump set up the weekend after shoot for a live activation period of two weeks - see end two images for location to road access - ie. over steps and two creek crossings)
